Um eine Mission hinzufügen zu können mußt du das entsprechende Passwort wissen. davon abgesehen solltest du dir zeit nehmen und die Mission korrekt eingeben, da du keine Möglichkeit hast diese später zu editieren. du kannst sie nur löschen, und auch dass nur, wenn die Mission (Datum) nicht schon vorbei ist und die Mission unter "Old Missions" steht. Wenn du eine Mission einstellst, dann musst du nur wie unten beschrieben die Daten in die Felder eingeben.
To add a mission you must need to know the password for adding missions.
Other than that you should take your time to enter the mission correctly, since you can not edit it later on. You can only delete it and even this is only possible for any mission that is not in the past. When you have a mission you just fill in the data in the above fields as described.

In diesem Feld kannst du auswählen in welcher ATO Deine Campaign, Te oder Trainingsmission getask wird. Bei der Auswahl 49th wird z.B. die Campaign, Te oder Trainingsmission nur in der ATO der 49th Black Diamonds erscheinen. Wählt man hingegen „All“ aus, wird dein Flight in allen ATO’s getasket die mit der Datenbank verbunden sind. Somit können auch andere Staffeln sich in Deinem Flight mit einbuchen.
This option defines in which ATO your campaign, TE or training is listed. For example: If you choose the Option “49th , your ATO will only be listed under the 49th Black Diamonds.
If you choose the option “all”, your flight will be listed in all ATO´s. Every squadron can join your flight

Zusätzlich kann man bis zu 10 Bilder über die Bilder-Links in der Link-Sektion rechts des Additional Info Feldes anhängen. Diese Bilder werden in der festen Breite von 300 Pixeln angezeigt und sind klickbar, um sie größer darzustellen.

Wenn das abgeschlossen ist klickt man auf Save Mission to ATO und erhält ein Feedback in welchem das erfolgreiche Speichern zusammen mit einer unique id dargestellt wird. Diese unique id ist unbedingt nötig, um die Mission wieder zu löschen.
When done you click on "Save Mission to ATO".
You will receive a feedback screen in which you are told, whether saving was successful and in which you are given the unique id to be able to delete the mission from ATO again.
Nur mit dieser unique id ist ein Löschen der Mission aus dem ATO möglich, deswegen ist es unbedingt erforderlich, sich diese id zu notieren. Sobald die Startzeit der Mission erreicht ist, kann sie nicht mehr gelöscht werden.
Only with this unique id you will be able to delete the mission from ATO again, so make sure you take a note of this id! Once the time has come and the mission started you can not any longer delete the mission yourself.
Sie wird in das Archiv verschoben und bleibt dort weiterhin für alle Piloten auswählbar.
Wenn die Mission dennoch gelöscht werden soll, muss man sich an die Administratoren Roadrunner oder Quasar wenden.
It will be moved to the archive of missions and remain selectable there for other pilots.
If you still want it to be removed, you need to write an email and request removal of the mission from the tools admins Roadrunner or Quasar.
Um eine Mission aus dem ATO zu entfernen bevor der Startzeitpunkt erreicht ist, muss man einfach auf der Briefing Seite ganz unten die unique id eingeben und auf Delete Mission klicken.
To delete a mission from the ATO before it was actually flown you simply enter the mission briefing and at the very bottom of the page you enter the unique id for deleting the mission and press on "Delete Mission".

Mission files.zip: |
Bei der Missionserstellung kann man hier eine Zip- Datei mit den Mission Dateien hoch laden. Die maximale Größe beträgt 500 Kilobyte. Sollten der Dateityp oder die Dateigröße falsch sein, dann wird die Datei nicht gespeichert.
Der Download der Files ist möglich, sobald der Missions Startpunkt erreicht wurde, also wenn die Mission in die "Old Mission" wechselt, von da an ist der Download über den Download Button durchführbar.
Via this option you can upload a .zip file with mission data. The maximum uploadsize is 500kB. Please check the data format and size in case of any error.
The download will become available synchronously with the mission start. In other words, if the mission switch in “old mission” the download via the download button becomes active.

Einbuchen:

Um Euch einzubuchen braucht Ihr das Buchungspasswort. Ansonsten ist das Buchen recht simpel: Ihr wählt Euren Slot über das Callsign des Jets, tragt Euren Pilotenname oder Callsign ein und in dem Feld darunter noch das Buchungspasswort. Danach klickt Ihr auf "Check in" und schon seid Ihr drinnen.
Im Moment unterstützt das Tool keine gleichnamigen Callsigns für Jets. In diesem Fall würde man sich für 2 slots gleichzeitig anmelden.
To check in you need to know the password for booking. Other than that Booking a slot is pretty straight forward: You select the slot via the jet´s callsign, enter your own pilots name or callsign and enter the password for booking a slot. Press "Check in" and viola - you are in for the action.
At this stage the tool does not support multiple callsigns to be the same. In this case you would book two slots at once.

Um eine Buchung zurückzunehmen wählt Ihr wieder den Slot über das Callsign des Jets aus, tragt zur Bestätigung Euer Callsign ein wie bei der Buchung angegeben und in dem untersten Feld das Passwort für Buchungen. Anschliessend klickt Ihr auf "Check Out" und schon seid Ihr wieder draussen.
To Cancel a slot you take the same steps as for booking: You select your slot via the jet´s callsign, enter your pilots name to not accidentally cancel another players slot and enter the booking password. Press on Check Out and viola - you are withdrawn.

ATO-Old Mission

Reactivate Mission |
Beim betrachten einer alten Mission, hat man zusätzlich die Möglichkeit über den "Reactivate Mission" Button eine Mission wieder zu aktivieren. Hierzu ist ein Passwort nötig, dass Dir aber bekannt sein sollte.
Beim Drücken auf dem jeweiligen Button wird die ausgewählte Mission wieder in die jeweilige ATO getask. Dabei muss man ein neues Datum sowie die Uhrzeit angeben an der die Mission starten soll, außerdem werden alle eingetragenen Piloteneinträge entfernt. Diese Funktion ist sehr nützlich, wenn man Trainingsmissionen wiederholen möchte. Kann aber auch für alle anderen Missionen genutzt werden.
Additionally you have the possibility to reactivate an old mission. Please choose the “Reactivate Mission” button in the view of the old mission, please keep the correct password ready.
During the reactivation process every slot entry will be deleted, you also have to choose a new date and time for the start of the mission. This option is very helpful to repeat a training mission, but is available for every type.

Download Button |
Wird eine entsprechende Mission aus der Old- Mission ausgewählt, kann diese, sofern sie auf dem Server hochgeladen wurde über diesen Button herunter geladen werden. In Verbindung mit „Reactivate Mission“, kann die Mission erneut geflogen werden.
With this button you can download the old mission, if the data is uploaded to the server. In combination with the “Reactivate Mission” you can start the mission again.
